JRG
Construction, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tomlinson &
Associates Inc., formed in 2005 to provide contractor services for
the construction or rehabilitation of a number of developments.
Services have been provided to some 20 projects, many financed by
U.S.D.A., (RD), or by HUD loans.
Services
include supervised development, where land is sought out and
optioned project concepts are developed and designed, entitlements
or regulatory agency approval is secured construction documents are
prepared and bid. Finally, the project is constructed and placed in
service.
