Tomlinson & Associates, Inc. is a diversified, full-service real estate company which is primarily engaged in the development, management, and ownership of multi-family rental housing. The directors and stockholders of Tomlinson & Associates, Inc. came together in early 1981 to create an association that combined the individual talents, experience, and assets of each partner to form a company that would be able to provide professional management to many investors, individuals and families throughout the Northwest.
The major focus of Tomlinson & Associates, Inc. is property and asset management, where its demonstrated property management skills combined with an excellent reputation throughout the Northwest enables the company to offer specialized real estate management services to owners and agents. Services include property management, asset management, and turnaround analysis, as well as construction/improvements coordination, project development and design, disposition and financial analysis, compliance and regulatory reporting as well as a full range of related support services.
Tomlinson & Associates currently manages thousands of apartment units in Idaho & Oregon. Its professional team includes Property Managers, Certified Occupancy Specialists, and over 150 on-site employees who provide outstanding services to the portfolio of properties. Financial management and support are provided by an accounting team of experienced accountants, and bookkeepers. The home office staff is qualified and experienced in providing the proper training, support, and supervision of regional and site staff who carry a successful philosophy to each development.
