New Path II is a new permanent supportive housing community in Boise that provides 95 homes for people exiting homelessness. Residents have access to on-site support services designed to promote stability, health and independence. New Path II was made possible through a partnership between The Pacific Companies (TPC) and the City of Boise, which provided $5.5 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding to support the development of the homes. New Path II is six stories high with ground floor parking, offices and amenity spaces. In total there are 63 studios, 32 one-bedrooms, and a single two-bedroom property manager’s unit. The first and second floors include supportive service offices for onsite Terry Reilly staff and residential amenities such as a 4,917 square-foot outdoor courtyard with a garden and a picnic area.
This project builds on the success of the original New Path community. In 2017, the City of Boise and TPC partnered to develop the first phase, which provided 41 homes.
